3/22 UPDATE: reschedule of fridge delivery happened today, and todays driver was as good as the last one was frustrating. If we had not had the last experience, Id be giving 5 stars, but instead will up my previous 3/12/24 one star to three. Kudos to Dylan and Brice who were polite, fast and did great work!

Temco driver refused to drive down our road for fear of getting stuck at 4pm today, on what we suspect was his last delivery of the day. We said that the road was completely drivable and my wife and I drove 3/4 mile to meet him to demonstrate.

My wifes car has 4 inches of ground clearance. I put my pickup in 2wd to demonstrate, as well. We drove to meet him and convince him how ridiculous refusing to deliver our fridge was. He said we had 2 choices, accept the fridge by the side of the road or reschedule for when roads are better.

Note it is March 11 in Maine - roads will certainly be perfect in June, but we said we would rather not wait til then. We were considering accepting delivery on the side of the road since we had waited all weekend to take delivery sometime Monday based on their schedule, had emptied and unhooked the old fridge which they were supposed to move to the basement, and had shut off water so we could connect to the new fridge which has an ice maker; but then the driver would not even let us borrow his dolly to unload at our house. I am not loaning you my equipment. Seriously.

My 110 lb wife and I were going to do their job, but he refused, then got pissy and said he was leaving as we were calling his boss to complain. Here are pictures of his truck and our road.

User's recommendation: Never use these guys if you have a choice, and Home Depot should think long and hard about partnering with a company like this.

Worse Company Ever

Wouldnt hire this company to wipe my -.horrible.didnt even knock on door and left. Home Depot purchased this company and Home Depot is just as responsible and will now go to Lowes for everything!!

Delivery service

I was here when those guys were leaving and they denied to deliver because I was out side 15 minutes of the call but Home Depot said they would give me 30 minutes prior notification They called me at 1.37 pm and I was at home at 1.53 pm and I asked them to deliver as it was within 30 minutes window. They said I have to re-schedule; so I re-scheduled for tomorrow . The window is 6 am - 8 pm. I told them its a very wide window as we are going back and forth to the hospital but they will give advance 30 minute notification Anyways its re-scheduled for tomorrow

Worst experience ever. 1st fireplace lost. canceled reordered after 2 weeks. 2nd order expedited never came. Home Depot refuses to get a person at a trucking company. Different "leadership" personel are giving different stories. Tracking info is non existant. Notes that delivery was attempted and missed are completly falsified. Home depot acquired Temco Logistics in June 23 and cannot after 21 days, 2 orders a cancelation and re order tell me where my fireplace is. Merry Christmas to my husbund. Beyond ANGRY.

Because I was hired to work in Flagstaff and when I went to orientation they said that the position was terminated

Ellen just said that for 5.00 dollars I could talk to an attorney about this after I told Ellen that I am completely broke and homeless temco Logistics is the one who put me in this position, I didn't deserve that and I just want the Money that I borrowed from my friend to be given back to me so I can pay my friend back.

Very bad service

They bring two times different washer and dryer machines and they don bring all the sticks le kit for it, has been almost a month, and still eating for installation been completed, I pay for everything, today date it's July 12 2023

Why don't you have the option for minus stars??? ~ If they did, I'd give Temco Logistics a minus 5.

Beginning of December 2022: Sears Warranty promised a new replacement microwave in 2 to 3 weeks.

5 weeks later Temco Logistics finally calls to set an appointment.

1st APPOINTMENT: Appointment between 1 pm and 4 pm. The service tech calls approximately 5:30 pm saying he hadn't eaten lunch; therefore, he's canceling and he'll have "the lady" call in the morning and set up a new appointment.

2nd APPOINTMENT: No call for almost 2 weeks

3rd APPOINTMENT: Appointment between 10 am and 2 pm. Just before 6 pm, I received a call from a female TemCo employee stating they were canceling and needed to reschedule. Set an appointment for the following Tues.

4th APPOINTMENT: Monday Lee called confirming the installer will arrive between 2 pm and 6 pm

5th APPOINTMENT: Monday I hour later a male employee from TemCo called confirming the installer will arrive between 1 pm and 5 pm.

I explained Lee had already confirmed an appointment for 2 pm and 6 pm, so which is it? Man would have to had to call back as unbeknownst to him, apparently, I was scheduled twice for the same day with two different installers. I told him this was unacceptable between the canceling, not returning calls, and double-booking, He became rude and huffy, telling me to call and reschedule for another day. I told him in no uncertain terms "I don't work for your company; you're not paying me to do your job".

He was not nice, but by then, neither was I.

6th APPOINTMENT: Installer Antonio called assuring me he'd be arriving "absolutely" no later than 5:30 pm even though the appointment was set for the 1 pm to 5 pm window.

7th APPOINTMENT: Antonio called at 5:30 stating he running late and won't arrive for another 40 minutes.

8th APPOINTMENT: 6:13 pm ANTONIO and ERIC ARRIVED!!! Super nice and extremely efficient young men. They are the ONLY redeeming value Temco Logistics has to their name. Eric told me if they'd been apprised of the trouble I'd had with their business office they would have made sure I was the 1st install of the day.

***** PS...

I would give both ANTONIO and ERIC 5 PLUS STARS ***** for their GENUINE RAPPORT, GREAT ATTITUDE, and FABULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. I hope when it comes time for these two young men to move on from Temco they find a company that has the ability to render good service.

Delivery Experience

I have had the absolute displeasure of trying to get a washer/dryer delivered via Temco today. The first attempt didnt work because I mismeasured the space.

Temco scheduled a 2nd delivery, and after not getting any info about the delivery timeframe, I called and was informed that I was not on the schedule for that day (June 14th). So, I rescheduled for June 18th between 10:30 AM and 2:30 PM. At 1 PM I hadnt received any further info, so I called them & Home Depot. I was informed that actually my delivery time is between 1:30 PM and 5:30 PM.

At this point, Im confused and upset. I later got a call from the delivery guys at 1:29 pm saying they would be at the rental in 30-45 mins. At 1:45 pm my tenant called to inform me that the delivery guys arrived (thats 15 mins, not 30-45 mins). I live 10 mins away so I had to drive like a bat out of *** to get to the rental.

I called in transmit to let them know I was 5 mins away and I was informed that theyre leaving. I totally lost it! Why give a 30 to 45 mins timeframe when its an absolute lie? Upon arriving at the rental, the delivery guys were condescending that I didnt have the space open and ready for delivery, and advised me they were leaving!

So, things deteriorated from there, I was absolutely appalled at the unprofessional, poor communication, and misogynistic experience.

Home Depot is great, but their contract with this 3rd party for delivery is a reputation killer. I certainly will NOT be shopping for appliances at Home Depot again if this is the delivery service/experience that I have to contend with.

Temco are liars.

According to the report that HomeDepot received, Temco said they came to my house and sat outside for 30 min. LIE. I have my front door wide open and I have a clear view of the street. They had the wrong phone #, off by one digit. They didnt call HD to verify my phone #.If Temco was at my house, why didnt they come to the door and knock? Now I had to reschedule after all my old appliances had been disconnected. I have to wait 3 days without major appliances because they didnt want to do a big job on Friday afternoon.

We recently had the same problem with a HD appliance install. Worst company ever.

They said they wee at my house for 15minutes, i had the garage open and the back door open so I could see the street, they were no where to be seen, and why didn’t they knock on the door.

Now after 3 tries, we have one more install scheduled for next week. I’m reporting the company to HD corporate customer service.

Unfortunately, Home Depot uses Temco to deliver appliances. Temco promised several delivery dates and never delivered our appliances until 8 months later. When our appliances arrived, Temco did not use a dollly and instead dragged our heavy appliances across our new house flooring, causing over $2000 in property damage. Then, the delivery team covered the evidence by leaving the appliance boxes and debris on top of the damage! They left everything behind in our house! Temco has denied our claim and states they have "before and after" photos of the installation which they have yet to provide. We are seeking now seeking legal assistance due to Temco's negligence.

Total negligence and breach of contract issues

On several occasions, Temco failed to deliver our major Home Depot appliances on promised delivery dates which costed us valuable time away from direct patient care at our hospitals. When our products were finally delivered 5 months later, the delivery team caused over $2,000 in property damage by dragging our appliances without a dolly across our new home flooring. Then, they covered the damage with the boxes and debris that the appliances arrived in. Temco has denied our claim, stating they have "before and after photos of the delivery," yet they have not provided this evidence. We are now seeking legal action as we have enough proof in documentation and clear evidence of the damage flooring consistent with dragging these heavy appliances.

Worst customer service

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a company. If I could rate it zero stars I would.

I ordered 6 appliances from GE, rather nice ones at that. 5 were getting delivered and they brought them off the truck, my washer was damaged, my dishwasher was damaged, they brought the microwave up and said they couldnt install it because of my tile backsplash and wouldnt even attempt to remove one I had installed already (none of this was verified before they came, so I was expecting they could do all of this). Come to find out, when my buddy and I tried to install it after they left, it was the exact same mounting bracket that was already installed and they didnt have to do anything really to install it. Back to the actual delivery.

Then there was my Refrigerator, they measured it and said we needed to remove the handrail so they dont damage the refrigerator, so I did. And then one of the delivery guys didnt report an injury to the company he recently had and said he didnt feel like he could lift it up the stairs. So they just werent going to deliver it. Im sure nothing happened to the employee, but now I dont have a refrigerator and had to throw out all the food I had in the apartment I was moving from because I was expecting to have a refrigerator that day.

They then dont make me a priority and try to get it to me the next day, they just say sorry, but our next delivery is 12 days from now, like basically telling me to go F myself even though it was their employee that is causing this mishap. After calling back later that night, someone was able to move it up to being delivered only 3 days from the original date. So I accepted. Well today was that date and they tell me that the product isnt on the truck.

They actually tell me they have no idea where it is. So they just lost my $4500 refrigerator and that they will check the warehouse which will take a couple days. Im livid and demand if there is anything to be done about this, and she said there is something being done, and hung up on me. This company is absolute trash and has the worst customer service.

Does not care at all about who they are delivering to. But unfortunately I get to deal with them still because they are just the third party delivery service that the company I ordered from uses.

Temco is Horrible

I've dealt with Temco once in the past when delivering appliances from Home Depot and will never buy appliances from HD ever again because of Temco. Temco recently delivered a microwave that I'd been waiting on for 5 months. Then they just show up out of the blue, no phone call ahead of time. They scratched the heck out of the microwave and also installed it crooked and tried to put tape over the installation screws in the cabinet to cover up their sloppy install work. Then tried to get me to electronically sign quickly so that I didn't have time to look at that scratch or the sloppy install work. They rushed out the door....
